I'm having connection problem after formatting a pc.

Here's the detail problem.

i read from other sources that i should enable snmp to install this " https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18713/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-7- " which i did but the installation failed because of the message "no intel adapters are present in this computer" pls help me
