Intel® Turbo Boost Technology Monitor gagdet won't work

I installed the official intel turbo boost monitor gadget from intel's website and it was working fine, but then I stopped using it for a couple weeks and now it isn't working anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but still it won't work. My other gadgets are working fine right now though. When I open the gadgets window where you can select which gadget you choose to run the intel turbo boost monitor is not in there at all now even after I made sure it is shows up under program files/windows sidebar/shared gadgets/turboboostui.gadget. Any ideas on what I can try to get it working again? Thanks

This is on my Sony Vaio F series laptop which has an intel 720m processor, Win 7 Pro.

Since this is an installed program, unlike just a gadget, you might try uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller or similar. I installed it to check it out, and I don't see it in the program file/.../gadgets, or appdata/.../gadgets folder. It installed in program files (not the Program Filesx86 folder, but I have x64), and there is a RunTbGadget.exe and a RunTbGadgetOnce.vbs. There is also a launchhidden.vbs. It may be the system thinks it is still running. If you use CCleaner, run the registry cleaner after run Revo. Good luck. A Guy
