Just had a thought after reading AC-9260 detected as AC-8265 - Intel Community - has anyone attempted to use the 8265 drivers with a 9260 card on Win7 ? It may also be that user's card was a mislabeled 8265, but maybe worth a try. It might need some inf edits to install but maybe it could work?
