Solved Internet access log

Is there a log file that I can access to see when my internet access is good or bad? My internet connectivity is constaly dropping out for short periods of time. This is the providers fault and I would like a log to show them how often it is happening.

Talking about the internet access icon in the notification area toolbar.

Win 7 64 pro

Think you would need a Program for that ...

Some thing like Net Uptime Monitor ...
