internet connection

I'm running Win 7, and last month my hard drive crashed and had to send it in for repair and of course it wiped everything back to default. I am running on wireless and never had a problem connecting to the internet but now it says I am connected but have no internet access. I am now using my netbook on the same wireless network to send this and have no problem. What might be the problem and how do I correct it.

Hello:

Can you open a command prompt ( Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt) and type

ipconfig /all

Also, type the following at the command prompt:

ping 209.191.122.70

Upload or copy the results for these tests.

I would also try disabling the firewall, and try connecting the computer directly to the modem via an ethernet cable.
