Hello.

My internet speed is getting lower than usual. In my contract it says my download speed is 1 Mb/s. That speed was working for me for a half a year. A few days ago my speed starts getting lower and lower. Four days ago my download speed droped from 1 Mb/s to 550 Kb/s. Today it droped to 350 Kb/s. I don't understand why and what can i do about it. The first thin i did was disable my wifi and see what happens. What happened was nothing. After that i lunched Resource Monitor and clicked of Network tab. There were no big thing that used my internet. I asked my internet provider, they say that the error must be on my side...Any advice what can i try to resolve this error?

Connect directly to the ISP's modem. Run a link test and see what you get. If its 1Mb/sec or close to it then the problem is in your wireless router. However, if the speed is still slow then its the ISP's problem (assuming the ISP provided the modem - if its your modem then that could be the problem).

Thank you for looking up my problem and for help. I've talked with friend in the city and it turns out that all of them have the same problem(all of us have the same modem and provider) so it looks it actually the providers problem, well they say it's not, but it's imposible that 31(i asked 30 people) people have the exact same problem as me. Again, tnx for your time and help. :)
