Hi people,

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium.
My wireless connection has been working on and off for a while, but now it just refuses
to work.
The other computers in the wireless network are working just fine, so it must be definitely something in my laptop.

I can detect the network just fine, with good signal.
It says:

Media State: Enabled
IPv4 Connectivity: No internet access
IPv6 Connectivity: No internet access

Also, in the activity there are Bytes sent and received, but I cannot connect to any webpage either with Chrome of Firefox

I'm using McAfee Security Center. I tried turning off the firewall, but it still doesn't work.

Please let me know what I can try.
Thanks!

Recent McAfee updates are causing havoc with wireless...remove update or just uninstall it totally and use a better Scanner like Micro$oft Security Essentials

Meh...it's okay
I have been experiencing the same issue with my laptop this morning.
After an hour of investigating I have found various people now mentioning some issue with a recent Mcafee update.
I went one prior on a system restore and problem is now solved.
