Invisible Icons in the Tray?

Hello guys,
I have been having various problems with my PC lately. It was having problems randomly turning off (as if I pulled the plug on it). I checked my power supply and it was fine so I sent off my motherboard back to the manufacturer (MSI, yes I know they are a horrible brand). I recently got a NEW motherboard back and I put my PC back together. I was still having the same problems and found that my RAM seemed to be the problem this time. Since then my icons in my tray seem to be invisible. Well at least two of them (nvidia settings, and network icons) they are unresponsive, and it does nothing when I click on them. I tried a system restore and that did not seem to help. I uploaded a picture of the problem and attached it to the thread. What do you guys think?

Thanks
