IPv4 has changed

Hello,

I have a big problem, first I was using IPv4 : 1.13.1.1 and everything was allright now I have a big problem my IPv4 has changed to 9.99.0.11 and I can't access the internet (its so slow so slow) now its 2:30 AM here and I am getting 5kbps.

How to restore it back what to do ?

I am using wireless Internet

Those IPs don't look like the sort of IPs we normally see. Anyway you could manually change the IP setting from your wireless adapter tcp/ipv4 to 1.13.1.1, by going to Control Panel, Network and Sharing, click Change adapter Setting from left side of screen, right-click on Wireless Network connnection, Properties, hightlight TCP/IPv4 and click Properties. There you enter your ip of choice. It looks like the subnet might be 255.0.0.0, the gateway is your router's IP.

If all that feels wrong to you, go into a command window and type these

C:\>ipconfig /release
C:\>ipconfig /renew
C:\>ipconig /flushdns.

Can't guaranteee it will work but try it for now.
