IRQL Not Less or Equal

qHello Folks,

I recently bought a used HP Touchsmart 310 Pc with windows 7 Home Premium SP 1 from a family member and one month in the problems started. I was originally getting the bsod with the error "IRQ Not Less or Equal" every few days, and it became more frequent as time progressed. I notice it more so when watching streaming media or gaming, I could start the computer and watch hulu and it would happen just minutes after starting. This morning I booted into safemode and noticed an error in my device manager that the driver for "Consumer IR Devices" wasn't loading properly, so after several failed attempted windows repairs, finally running from the repair disk worked and the driver issue appeared to be rectified but I'm still getting the IRQL blue screen. I've looked at the event viewer and don't know much about this pc's past as I've only had it for a month or two, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I also noticed that there are only two minidump files, and it's blue screened much more than that recently. I've done a lot of reading about the error, and rather than chase down it might be this that or the other I'll ask the pros! Attached is my DM Log Collector File, thanks in advance!

:ar: Download the 13.9 driver from here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the 13.9 driver.

   Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.

Thanks for the reply boozad. I tried uninstalling the old catalyst package, but it wasn't found in the program list, so I uninstalled the driver in the device manager, restarted and installed the driver you suggested. It was basically unusable as it cut my resolution down considerably and anything streamed would hang and stutter and windows immediately recommended another driver to replace it, which I tried and blue screened again. I checked AMD's website and they downloaded the 13.9 Legacy version from there, uninstalled the old, and installed 13.9 and everything seemed to be fine while I was using the computer, but it blue screened shortly after I was done, and again yesterday evening, both the same IRQL less than not equal errors, but without a dump. As soon as I hit one, I'll post the dump file, thanks again!

I believe I've resolved the problem, AMD fuel service was causing the problem. I didn't follow your instructions exactly as I've always opted to have the catalyst control center installed for my graphics card. That'll learn me!

I guess I was wrong about that, here's my latest dump file after rebooting moments ago.
