Is it possible to change the CTRL + ALT + DEL items in Windows 7

Hi,

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and I was wondering can I add options to the CAD (CTRL + ALT + DEL) menu in Windows 7. I am aware that I can disable what is already there but could I for example add a link to AVG that would work like the task manager option?

I don't think this is possible. There are a number of security implications here and thus it is not permitted.

I know of Tutorial that will show you how to remove or install default things using those three keys but know of no way to install a non default program or process.
