Solved Is it possible to download skydrive SYNCED files?

Hi,

Is it possible to download my skydrive SYNCED files? The question arouse from supposing that my computer crashed and I've lost all my files, then will I be able to download all my synced files to a fresh new windows? or just to another computer?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Yes, it is. Skydrive is an online storage service. You can try it with a single folder, just to make sure it's possible.

Hi,

Thank you for your replies. But the case is, I want do download Skydrive SYNCED files(which has 5GB storage and synchronizes using Windows LiveMesh 2011) and not just the files from Skydrive Online Storage(which has 25GB free space). I know about that download as .zip file function to be available on Online Storage, but I couldn't find similar option in SYNCED folders.
If you know something about that, please let me know.

All you have to do is to install Windows Live Mesh and select your new Computer in the list of synchronized devices from your Hotmail
