Is it possible to install three OS window,Linux and Window 10?

Hello Friends.
This is my first post in this forum.
Actually, i need some suggestion about Window 10.

Currently i am using Window 7 64 BIT and Ubuntu. Both are working nice. Now I'm thinking to install one more OS (Window 10 basically). I have heard somewhere that Window 10 Trial version is available.

So guys could you please tell me, first is it possible to install three operating system? Or if not, then how can i replace my window 7 with window 10.
I don't want to loose my data of window 7.

Windows 10 is just a beta, an unfinished preview version only, not the release version. MS warn clearly that it's not intended for production purposes yet.

Try it in a virtual machine on either OS. Or if you know what you're doing, try allocating one more partition for it, but don't replace Win7 with it.

VM doesn't sound good to me, as my PC doesn't have very high configuration.
anyway allocating one more partition is good idea. I think, i would try it.

I wouldn't recommend a triple boot personally. If you have room to create a new partition dedicated to W10 you have enough room to run it in a VM.

As for the disk space, yes, for sure, it's almost the same in each case.
But for the VM it needs to have enough CPU and RAM to run both OSs at the same time, which might not be the OP case. Except for this, it would be my first choice too.

I've just noticed the OP has 2GB RAM so a VM is as good as out of the question. In which case I'd leave W10 well alone until it's a full release or replace the Ubuntu partition.

Yeah, 2G of RAM to begin with doesn't leave much to be allocated to running a VM.

Shrinking one of the current partitions is an option. Hopefully there is at least 20G of free space (MS says minimum required is 16G) on one of the partitions to be able to shrink that partition and provide disk space to install the Win 10 Preview. With only 2G of RAM I personally would install the 32-bit version of the preview although MS says 2G is enough for the 64-bit version.

I replaced Windows 8.1 with Windows 10 Tech Preview as the main (only) OS on one desktop and two laptops. No issues, running smoothly (and fast!).

For a pre-release version, Windows 10 Tech Preview is incredibly stable.

I'll second that, while I'm only running it in a VM I've found hardly any problems at all so far. Considering it looks like it's 8.1+ I think it's fair to say that it's not much of a risk running it.

You can install as many operating systems as you want, as long as you have the space for them.

I would not even consider replacing Windows 7 with Windows TP. It`s only a preview, and you would have to buy Windows 10 when it comes out and re install it.
