Yes, I think you install Windows 7 first, then install Windows 10. I read somewhere a while back that the oldest OS goes first, then the newest OS. Others will correct me if what I read no longer applies. Will you be sooner or later adding RAM? Adding another hard-drive to become your data drive?

UPDATE: I went to my UEFI and when I activated the Legacy ROM's it said that my laptop is not compatible to boot Windows 7 or 8.1 so i'm going to use a virtual machine for this.

That should work! Over here, in my two W7Pro laptops, I used MS' built-in virtual machine stuff...and have been sporadically using Windows XP Mode, in said virtual world.

As long as it is Vista-10, the order doesn't matter. I've installed Vista after 8.1 and 10, and both OSes still work. You could even install 2000/XP after Vista-10, but you would need to rebuild the bootloader with something like EasyBCD or bootrec and bootsect.

Give us all the specs of your laptop. If it is Broadwell or Skylake, you might be able to install Windows 7 on your machine.
