Is there a problem with my GPU or RAM?

Hi, i recently just bought a new PSU and GPU, both are working wonderfully. But today when i wanted to test them, i tried HL2 lostcoast, and it was working fine, but when i tried to exit the game, i got a bsod saying PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA or something like that. I looked it up and it said that often its the GPU or RAM that causes this. i have had some problems with my ram in the past, but i sort of fixed it by switching the voltages. Note that i only got this bsod once, and i was actually playing the game while it was still installing updates.. i know this because when i rebooted, it was only 90% done, so im guessing that might have been a problem, because when i tried it when it was actually done installed everything worked fine. and all my other games work fine, this is the only time i got a bsod while using this new gpu, but i only had it for 3 days, so is it fine?

any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you read the details on the Blue Screen one of the most important statements is:
"If this is the first time that you've seen this STOP error, restart your computer"

If it's the only time that you've received this error, then it's best just to wait and see if there's a second one.
If you're curious and want to find out more, please provide the information listed in this post: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Here's some info on the error message (a STOP 0x50 BTW): BSOD Index
