Solved Is there such thing as a large keyboard?

Is there a thing as a long keyboard? I have a friend that her aunt is paralyzed but can move her arms and fingers but not every good, is there a keyboard that is really big? not just the letter the keys as well, They wanted to get her one so she can type what she wants to type, she cant talk etc, is there such a thing?
