Is Windows 7 XP mode available yet?

I was able to get Windows 7 Professional from my school. I got it installed and everything is working well, but I can't find where to download XP mode. Has that been released yet and if it has where can I download it from?

The available XP mode is the RC at the moment. You can get it from within the link I posted, along with the Virtual PC RC as well. XP mode has reached the RTM stage though. The XP mode RTM will be available by October 22nd.

So if I install that will I need to reinstall it when the final version is released or will I be able to update it to the final version?

I'm pretty sure you will need to uninstall the XP mode RC and then install the RTM one, as the Note in the link I posted says to do for the Beta to RC XP mode. SO I would presume it's the same for going to the RTM.
