I have Windows 7 (64bit) and for a while now, when I'm playing Solitaire or Chess Titans, The program may not respond for 3-5 seconds. For Solitaire, when I click on the Deck to draw a card, sometimes the Solitaire window will flash and in the taskbar, the Solitaire icon moves/shifts to the right two to three times. If I click on the deck a second or third time, it'll be just fine. I've also seen the same issue when playing Chess.
I ran "SFC /scannow" in normal and Clean Boot modes; no issues reported.
I tried Windows 7 Manager and its Repair Center modules "Repair all system components", and "Rebuild the WMI Repository" to attempt to fix Windows...no better.
I thought it might be an issue with the window getting/loosing focus but I'm not sure what or where to check...any ideas?
