Solved Issues with IE8

I am experiencing the same issue with IE8 it seems to be isolated to the 32 bit version only I can use my 64 bit version just fine..........

Here is the message I get when trying to use IE8 in the 32 bit version any thoughts?

The problem can go to the extention "active X". You try run IE32 bit in mode "witout add on".
in start, all program, accessoires, tool system and Internet explorer witout complémentary module". If the problem is resolved you can start to disable the module in tools and gerer the complementary modules as this picture.

Have you tried IE in No Add-ons mode?
To start IE in No Add-ons mode:
Right-click on the IE desktop icon and select Start without Add-ons;
or
Start | (All) Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No add-ons).

Thanks for your replies and suggestions...........I ran IE8 32 bit in the no add ons mode and it worked fine .......after trying different things it was apparently an update from Norton.................after running a new Live Update with Norton the issue went away.............strange that it was effecting only the 32 bit version though.......
