Hi Scott, this error can be caused by 2 things, firstly, the shortcut is an old one, you can fix this by deleting the old shortcut then navigating to c:\program files (x86)\iTunes and right clicking iTunes and send to > desktop (create shortcut), or if that doesn't fix it, then you may need to deauthorize and reauthorize your audible account within iTunes by clicking advanced and at the bottom, click de-authorize and then reauthorize it afterwards (you may need to enter your iTunes password again).
