itunes error message

Every time i go to sync bookmarks from my iphone 5 to my computer via itunes; i get the message "the sync server failed to sync the iphone". I tried searching the apple support community but found no answer for this one and was just wondering if anyone on these forums has had this issue and what did they do? I did try to do a repair to itunes but that did nothing. Thanks Matt

Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.
Anyone got a answer for this one??

Have you tried readding your library, or using a backed up version of your library database and XML file, you know the hold shift as you turn on itunes trick, and use a last good backup of your library, then consolidate it. Is the idevice jailbroken? Also your hosts file may have gotten corrupted, but then you wouldn't be able to connect to apple via itunes.
