Solved Occasional Error Messages

I am occasionally getting either of these two messages in Windows 7. After clicking X three times they go away.

The procedure entry point WinHttpWebSocketCompleteUpgrade could not be located in the dynamic link library WINHTTP.dll.
==
The procedure entry point GetPackageFamilyName could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Saphire fan is noisy. Case fans are almost silent. Love the case.
You have something installed that isn't compatible with 7 since it's looking for libraries that aren't on 7. Both of those errors indicate that. Check the system requirements on the programs you have to ensure that they're compatible with 7. You need to remember when installing programs that many don't support 7 anymore and look to see it lists 8 or higher. If so there's usually a reason for that. Adobe cloud sync came up as a possible cause when I googled the first error so I'd look for an adobe product (such as adobe reader) first.
