Itunes Slow Sync

Hey, I recently Upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit, like 2 days ago and i would like a solution to my problem. So i open up itunes and when i try to sync my Ipod Touch (Firmware 3.1.2) it syncs so slow. I also tried my sisters Ipod Touch which was on Firmware 3.0, but still the sync was very slow. So i was wondering if anyone has a solution for it. I have tried to run it in Windows Vista Compatibility Same Problem. Even tried reinstalling it..same problem...

Baka, what version of ITunes have you installed?
The latest is 9.02 specifically for windows 7.

I have version 9.0.2 of Itunes. I've fixed my problem by uninstalling all Apple Inc. Programs off my computer and deleting all the data in the Roamings folder. After that i reinstalled and the problem was fixed.
