JIL 0606 TV Tuner not working

I am currently using Frontech TV Tuner JIL 0606 Model , and I can't find the suitable hardware for the Windows 7 Ultimate , 64bit

I have googled , and got few files , but none of them worked , updated the driver online , but some other phillips SAA7130 driver was installed , and as a result the TV Tuner card is not working ,

My question is , will it work on Windows XP mode ? Because when I was using Windows XP , it worked perfectly there , but not working in Windows 7 , Help needed !

I have a Winfast TV2000 XP and the same SAA7130, which worked on Windows 7 32 bit but it doesn't works on 64 bit. It worked also on Windows XP 32 bit before.
