Solved Jump list doesn't fade in anymore

Only until recently, whenever I left-clicked an icon on my taskbar and dragged up, the jump list will immediately appear without fading in. Before this, the jump list will fade in and I can determine how much it can fade in by the distance I traveled when I dragged up. Is there a way to bring back this fade in style of the jump list?

Hello Atrhropods, and welcome to Seven Forums.

I believe this may be the Animations in the taskbar and Start Menu and Fade or slide menus into view visual effect setting that needs to be turned on.
