Kaspersky internet security 2010 mulfunction, need help!!!!

HELO..

i just bought a new asus K52Jc notebook..

my specs:
os: window 7 home premium.
processor: intel core i5.
graphic card: nvidia gforece 310m cuda vram 1gb.
ram: 4gb ram( actually 2gb, 4b after upgrade)
hdd: 640gb.

i installed the kaspersky intnt scurty, but my kaspersky cant perform full scan..

1st time i run the full scan my window hang.
2nd time n 3rd time also same..

later i try again, my window reboot automatically..

i dont know whats happened?

the problems come when my av scan the system file...

Have you tried updating the Kaspersky A/V software?
You can find the latest installer here . Be sure to select the correct version - similar to the one that you have.
Also have a look at this to help you with the re-installation.

For once - got lucky this time

did you try running anti malware program such as Malwarebytes. Use their full scan. I came across spyware, malware, and more that prevented me from opening av. Update the malwarebytes def.

Im having issues with the attachment window. so here....is the upload

Has Malwarebyte 1.46 plus key

In order to use the rootkit scan. you need to unlock it. If the key i provided does not work. Then PM me and ill give you another.

PS: i uploaded the file myself. It is a clean file. But if you dont believe me, try using online virus scanner.

i dont think my kaspersky got problem...

i think my os got problem..

my window will self reboot when my kaspersky scan my sytem files...

my window told that it reboot to prevent my computer from damage...

Some of the earlier versions of Kaspersky had issues with Windows 7. That is why we have stated that the first thing you should try is to reinstall the new version of Kaspersky.

Oh darn it, i forgot about that.

Silentcer88 - Go to kaspersky's site and download the latest 2011 trial version, if that works, pop in your licence to activate as Kaspersky allows you to use the same licence (whilst it is still actve) on any year version. Just not type.

Meaning you can use the Kaspersky Internet 2009 key (What i have) on 2010 and 2011.

Kaspersky Anit-virus key for 2009 can be used on 2010 and 2011.

You just can't mix, i.e. Kaspersky Internet Security key on Ant-Virus or visa-versa.

Did you try reinstalling it?. Remove all program files and reinstall them and update the software to the latest version.

i got bsod before, know nope..

just before im using the kis 2010..

know im using kis 2011 n i can perfom the full scan without no problm..

who know how to make sure that our os is okay or got problm??

As long as you don't get problems (like bsod, bad peformance, etc.) your computer should be ok. and because youre not getting the bsod anymore, there shoudn't have a problem. because i had a pinnacle executable and my ferrari 3400 did NOT like it. It gave me the bsod. Yet, when I uninstalled it, my computer was fine. So that's how you can tell if it hardware or software that's causing the problem.
