Solved KB3035583 Reappeared After Being Hidden

I had Update for Windows 7 (KB3035583) https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3035583 a while ago which is for Windows 10 which I don't want because I've tried it. So I uninstalled it. When it came back I right-click and Hide.

My setting are notify me about updates then I choose to install after I Google the KB number. Today Update for Windows 7 (KB3035583) is back. I've Hidden it again.

I don't know of any such update setting you're referring to,
These are the settings seems you have chosen for windows to Download them and alert you to install them
So the update has already downloaded and it continues to download it because of your present settings

I got notice of a new version of KB3035583 again on 12/16/15 and I have WU set to notify me of updates and let me choose to download and install them. I also hid it again. It's getting to be a never ending vigil fending off GWX.

Not sure why anyone bothers to hide win-10 updates they do in fact return when new versions are released
Just let them collect dust in the optional section
Focus on Important updates and just so you know there was a Important update with win-10 ties last round

I hide them as it helps me keep a list of them in the odd, but highly improbable, chance I do decide to go to W10 in the future. It also helps me know when one of them gets released again. I caught the 2343 one also.

Yep those types of 10 updates are the worst to miss they would pave the way for others to be misclassified as important I imagine

Together with others, specifically to pave the way for future install of Windows 10 (kb3112148 and kb3112343)

Before they used to come with optional updates but this time they came with important updates.

As we can read all over the internet:
Microsoft is pushing the upgrade very hard and has declared it their future policy.

Part of this policy seems to be that if you do a fresh install of W7 you are likely to wait for many hours before update delivers what it should.
Before W10, updates would come normally and even longer lists were installed in minutes.
That is not the case any more! Nowadays you have to run update for hours to get the requested updates and have them installed.

All due to their policy to get the entire world to convert to Windows 10.

Their clutches are getting tighter and tighter around their users and Microsoft is really showing now what a demagogic club of dictators they really are.

And all this to comfort governments to be able to snoop on us all the way.

What was seen as science fiction some 10 years ago has since become science fact:
Microsoft is part of the world domination program to help governments to get a tighter grip on their
citizens!!!

For all those still struggling to get rid of GWX installation files you might want to use this little app called:
GWX Control Panel.
It is created by Ultimate Outsider and lets you take control over GWX installation files.
This is a free tool that can remove and disable the 'Get Windows 10' notification area icon on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Can also disable 'Upgrade to Windows 10' behavior in the Windows Update control panel. See the user guide at the Ultimate Outsider blog. You can still download GWX Control Panel as a standalone executable if you don't like installers.
Please see the "GWX CONTROL PANEL RELEASE NOTES" section at the user guide for MD5 and SHA-1 checksums of all official releases.

We all must remember that Microsoft has a "new" slogan that will curl your hair on Windows 10 updates running you ragged in getting you to upgrade. Here it is...

They're still doing it, just now, after a manual win update check, KB2952664 and KB3035583 showed up again, after already being placed on hidden twice. M$ is anything, if not persistent, little buggers.

Time for me to get that GWX thing spoken of earlier.
