I keep getting this when trying to install updates. I am running a W7 Ultimate X64 genuine copy on a VM under VMware ESXi as a 'private VPS' because the latest Windows Server OS limits download bandwidth as they seem to be based off of Windows 8/10. Although the dedicated server Internet speed is meant to be 1 Gbps (give or take) both UL+DL, on Windows Server 2019 both UL+DL are much less than 500 Mbps, whereas on Windows 7 the DL is near enough 1 Gbps but UL is 200+ Mbps. Odd...
I am unsure as to why the update is failing but the list of updates wanting to be installed:
I should note that the reason I'm trying to install these updates is so I can install VMware-PowerCLI-6.5.0.
