Kernel Mode Driver failure - minidump included

I keep having issues with my Kernel Mode Drivers failing while gaming (as are many others I've noticed). So I don't know what any of this means so I decided to upload a .zip with my minidump files to maybe get a better understanding from someone that knows exactly what to look for. Any help would be appreciated.

So what happens is the usual that I've been reading all over the interwebs. While gaming the game becomes unresponsive, screens black out for 5-10 seconds, sound starts to loop playback every 1 second or so, then I get the dreaded NVIDIA Kernel Mode Drivers have stopped responding and have recovered. At this point I can start playing again but only for a short time before another crash. Sometimes I can go hours without any issues and others my computer only lasts a few minutes. There doesn't seem to be any set pattern. This also happens with every game I play. I had a GTX 680 Superclock Version from EVGA that had the same issues before installing this new card.

The list of things I've attempted to do in order to fix this seems endless:
Updated drivers
Rolled back drivers
Set power options to High Performance
Set GPU 3D option to Prefer Max Performance
Turned of vsync
Increased voltage through MSI Afterburner
Set custom GPU fanspeed to keep heat down
Declocked ram to 1600 (Currently have GSKILL 2133 ram)
Set TdrDelay to 10 in registry (tried both 64 and 32 bit)
Uninstalled ALL nvidia drivers and utilities
Turned off everything in msconfig
Replaced power supply (currently have 750watt with a GTX 770)
Did a memtest
Ran a video card stability test for over 500 minutes without any issues
Updated Mobo BIOS

I think I'm missing a few things but I'm sure someone will suggest something I have tried. I'll be sure to add it to the list once I've tried it and ruled it out. Again, thanks for any assistance.

Contacted PNY and NVIDIA and trouble shot with both companies and they are both suggesting updating the bios. So I guess I'll give that a shot.

Edit: Didn't work. Still suffering from issues.
