Solved Kernel-Power Event ID41 (Task63) while gaming

Yes it does, the PSU is in that little black box on the power cable.
Can you roll back to the Nvidia driver version 314.22 as that is the most stable release.

I didn't really get what u meant. What I wanted to say is that I always use my laptop with battery on, which is always 100% charged, and the power cable is also plugged in. So even if my PSU is maybe old and faulty, the fact that the battery is there will prevent any crashes, am I right?

I will test that stable Nvidia version, thanks ! Not sure how to rol itl back, but I'll try. I'll post the results.

I meant that power supply issues should affect laptops when the battery is charged so yes you are right.

Doc, maybe I've found the problem.
In the beggining of the thread, I mentioned I never updated windows, so I tryed to go ahead and do it in the hope that it just might solve my problem. Turns out I can't complete some major updates like Service Pack 1 and I just noticed it now. I'm really struggling to make it update, I spent several hours and nothing. I think I'll ask for help at windows update section.

Thanks for your help so far

Hi doc
I'm passing by to let you know that in the end I made a clean install and all my problems are now solved. I'm not sure if it had something to do with the lack of windows updates or maybe corrupted files or nvidia driver or whatever... I dare to say that the game even runs more smoothly and better graphics, even though I am using the exact same video configuration.

Well, thanks one more time for spending your time trying to help me. I've learned many things trying to solve this.
Best regards.
