Keyboard and Mouse stop working randomly.

They just stop, they don't turn off, they aren't disconnected, the computer still running fine, nothing unusual but the mouse and the keyboard. I don't think this is a problem with the keyboard and mouse because until yesterday I it was a mouse only problem and I was going to buy a new one, but now the keyboard also stop responding and I'm worried. They stop for only a few sec, around 10~~20 secs before normalizing.

Hello and welcome maridan48 mate first and most obvious question is have you tried another KB and mouse?

Next are the devices simple units or larger gaming ones that may have drivers?

Third if they are USB connected are the machine's USB drivers up to date - don't rely on the Windows driver test use manufacturers sites.

I know the most obvious thing to do first is try a new mouse and keyboard, but I just couldn't find one (seems like I'm the only one not using a laptop these days), but I believe that isn't the problem, I mean it's the same thing happening to both mouse and keyboard at the same time, they both stop together.

They don't have unique drivers or anything of the kind and I already updated all my other drivers.

Can't you just borrow one?? and just what drivers have you updated on the machine??

No, I can't, yeah, I know, the only neighbor I knew that could lend me a mouse is out town for college, the rest people here are most elderly and people I don't talk to.
About the drives aside the graphics, the internet and the sound one I'm not sure what others were, sorry if that was dumb I just clicked "update all", if I'm lucky it might fixed the problem since nothing happened today. If keeps like this I'll remember to mark solved.
