KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED due to ntoskrnl.exe driver

Hi,

I'm having a 64 bit windows 7 laptop and i'm getting blue screen very frequently now and its saying:

check with your hardware vendor for any bios updates. Disable the memory option such as caching or shadowing.
technical information - stop-ox00000001E

while the crash dump file saying - its a problem with ntoskrnl.exe driver problem.

can you please help me resolve the problem.
