knowndll bsod (0xc000021a_c000012f) CBS.log is attached

I am getting a knowndll bsod (0xc000021a_c000012f) when booting up. I did a offline sfc and also copied the pending.xml from the drive.
SFC says it clean, but I think the log shows corruptions.
