Hey All,

I'm trying to get my copy of KotoR II to run on my machine. I've searched the forums. I replaced the msdll file, updated the game, I tried turning my resolution all the way down to 1024x768. Not sure what to do, but I see so many other people able to play it, so I figure I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Just to clarify, I'm not having crashing issues, the game won't even start up on my comp.

I had trouble getting it to run on vista too. It's very glitchy on the newer os's

Anyhow, the only suggestion I have is to find the main game application file right click go to properties and the compatibility tab and start clicking stuff. Definitely set it for xp mode. Might now hurt to turn off scaling and to run it as administrator too.

...anyhow I know this particular game to be problematic on pretty much anything but xp.

They didn't think ahead when coding that game.
You could probably run it in xp. without trouble. It was poorly coded though.
You'll be wanting a pc if you plan on playing the old republic mmo though.
