Hello everyone,

For a long time I've been messed up with online movies frame (sorry I don't know if I'm using the right sentence here) on my netbook (MSI U270).
I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I have the newest drivers. Internet 1MB/s - I always had this.
The worst is when I enter a full screen, deosn't matter whether it is Youtube or other site with online movies. This is most seeing when slow scenes are shown. When I connect my monitor (Dell P2414H 24') it lags more than it is without the monitor... I normally use the monitor. Changing the pixels doesn't help - 720 > 360. I have never had this issue. I have Chrome and Firefox (Adobe Flash Player is installed - 10 at the moment). I tried with a flash some tricks, I installed lighter version of it - 10 but without a result. I tried to install some extensions to Chrome to force a browser to using flash instead html5 - still the same. I disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome. In firefox I disabled flash protectedmode.
In this forum I made a thread when I posted my hardware tests, all seems fine:

On the other hand... I copied a URL link from YT and pasted it into VLC player and it works perfectly.
Movies on my hdd works fine, the problem only appears while in a browser mode. It has to be something with a flash or?

#I made a short recording with my phone showing the problem on a one YT video:

I already had version 18 before. I reinstalled with 10 because I heard it takes less memory and it can be used on lower laptops etc. But I can say it makes no difference... Also all my browsers are up to date.
I guess I'll install a current version as there is no improvement.

Thx for ur help.

I did:
- Safe Mode with networking
- clean startup

After those two guidelines nothing have changed. After creating a new user account I saw a big difference (short video below).
Therefore I made an investigation^^ Looked at Chrome settings and saw: "Use hardware acceleration when available" is ON. Hmm srsly, I always have been disabling it as all on the internet were writting that it should be turned off if someone is having troubles with online movies/flash.
It's still not 100% smooth but it's a major difference anyway. What do you think? Anything I could do more?
BTW it's in full screen, 365p.

Try Internet Explorer without any add-ons too. It should play HTML5. If it is alright try installing Flash.

Same story in IE. With html5 or flash it's still lagging.
BTW is it normall that I can't change html to flash here?:
https://www.youtube.com/html5

I saw an option in IE that I could change it.
