Hello
Two weeks ago I can’t connect to internet in my house because appears “The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the Internet is broken” when I use the local connection. I don’t have router, and my cable modem and access point work very well in other computers. The adapter no reports problems and the wireless works fine in other places.
I have an Acer 1810T, windows 7 with Atheros AR8131 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) adapter. I did these steps for connecting

  • · I performed a clean reboot many times, but no services or functions are interfering
  • · I disable firewall and antivirus
  • · I changed my antivirus program
  • · I restart DHCP service, it worked at the beginning but now it doesn’t.
  • · I updated the bios software
  • · I reset the TCP/IP stack
  • · I reset winsock connection
What else can I do?

Thank you for the help

If you can post the ipconfig /all from the problem machine it would be helpful.

Is this a problem with the wireless connection?
