Hello
Two weeks ago I can’t connect to internet in my house because appears “The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the Internet is broken” when I use the local connection. I don’t have router, and my cable modem and access point work very well in other computers. The adapter no reports problems and the wireless works fine in other places.
I have an Acer 1810T, windows 7 with Atheros AR8131 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) adapter. I did these steps for connecting
Thank you for the help

I have an Acer 1810T, windows 7 with Atheros AR8131 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) adapter. I did these steps for connecting
- · I performed a clean reboot many times, but no services or functions are interfering
- · I disable firewall and antivirus
- · I changed my antivirus program
- · I restart DHCP service, it worked at the beginning but now it doesn’t.
- · I updated the bios software
- · I reset the TCP/IP stack
- · I reset winsock connection
