Solved Laptop can connect internet but got "No Internet access"

im using model dial-up and ISP "XL" and ya i can connect internet but some information like this picture said No Internet access. Is it something wrong configuration or what?

if its using a modem(which barely anyone does anymore). Make sure windows detected it properly. Go into the device manager and make sure there are no exclamation points or question marks by it which usually means windows did not detect it and or the driver properly. Also, check your network adapters in the properties box in network connection. There should be at least 1 but probably more adapters there which tell the modem how to connect to the network etc. If there arent any listed then you probably will need to add them manually.
