Laptop connects with ethernet chord, but not on wireless.

Right now I have my new Toshiba Satellite A665 laptop connected to the internet using an ethernet cord. For the longest time I was trying to get my wireless to work but I would always get unidentified network with no internet access. I'm assuming this means my wireless card is broken, which is unfortunate since I just got this laptop. Can anyone confirm this?

If you just got it, I recommend you contact Toshiba's support center, as they know their systems best and will have to provide replacement hardware or proper drivers since the computer would still be under warranty. Here is there support page: Toshiba Support - Homepage

I found a thread talking about this problem. Apparently the driver that Windows 7 installs for your Toshiba A665 is giving lots of people problems. There is a link to a better driver there which I copied for you. Good luck hope it works for you.
