Hi Guys,

I just decided to search online and was directed here. I've been facing three problems lately:

1. Display suddenly gets distorted and if unattended starts beeping.
2. The laptop keeps processing in background and without warning suddenly shuts off.
3. When power button is pressed to boot, lights come on but does not boot up.

Before venturing to reinstall the OS (which means reinstalling all the software I have..), I thought the problem might be something simpler.

As mentioned above, I'm presently working on my laptop in Safe Mode. I'm not using an Antivirus and haven't used one for the past 4 years. So wondering if these are symptoms of Malware too. The fan seems to be working fine and I'm using a flat table too.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
