I'm experiencing some issues with my laptop. This problem started today, and it hasn't improved in any way.
It is very slow and unresponsive, when for example opening up my Web Browser, it takes for ever before it actually opens. And yes, I'm pretty sure it's not slow internet, this happens when opening pictures, folder etc. Do I have a virus or something? What should I do? I'm fearing that something is very bad.. :(

I have taken a dynamic virus scan using AVG, where it detected 5 threats. After that I restarted my PC, and there is still no improvements. What the heck has happened? It takes like 30 seconds just for my web browser (Google Chrome) to open, same as with pictures, skype, spotify you name it!

Download and run Malwarebytes from Malwarebytes.org.

It's free and may find something your anti virus missed.

Take a look at processes in Task Manager to see what processes are hogging the CPU.
