what requirements should i look for when buying
help me out guys!
Considering your looking to get into vmware (perhaps esxi), and redhat I would look into a thinkpad. Even a cheaper used one if you don't need a lot of power. They have very good Linux support and almost all have official redhat drivers I believe. Make a post here with what you need. Good luck.
thanks mate! iam kinda new to this certification. i just got through the syllabus where it has esxi as u said . do u know about vmware and rhce if so can give me some little insight as to what kinda things ill be doing also will thinkpad series be good for aws(amazon web service platform).
Unfortunately, I just have taken classes on esxi briefly and hypervisor when esxi was new. The only vmware I use now is workstation on my p50 for diagnostic os's (some flavors of bootables for data migration help in the field) I noticed you are taking a course perhaps ask your instructor what they would recomend, but again ask the reddit community I linked as well. Also check out this one for a good way to format what you need?
