Solved Latest Intel hd 3000 driver?

I have an Intel Hd graphics driver. Its driver version is 9.17.10.3517

I then stumbled across this: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3319&DwnldID=23763&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000%2f2000&DownloadType=Drivers&lang=eng The version is 15.28.22.64.3517. So I choose to download it and install it. After installing it my windows was lagging, my taskbar icons didn't show up like skype, the wifi bar and so on. So I installed the one I had before.

Anyways my question is why can't I install the latest one?

Isn't it the same driver that you already had?



The package* number is 15...

The driver number is 9...

Kind of stupid numbering.

Oh wow. I did not see that.. Just since it was updated lately I thought it was newer than the one I had. My bad. Thank you tho
