Latest version of IE11

I am currently running version 11.0.9600.17728 together with Windows7 Home Premium. I have uploaded a Photo Gallery to the internet but when I try to view it on my computer, it does not appear. I contacted the hosting company (Serif) who tell me that they can see it on Google Chrome and on IE11 also on other browsers. They also said they were using IE11 version 11.0.18 and they can see the gallery perfectly well so, my question is, how do I get a download of version 11.09.18? I have been into Windows Updates yesterday and uploaded all the latest ones available but obviously, vers 11.0.18 was not included.

Any help or advice will be very much appreciated.

I know that this post/thread is a week old and perhaps you have solved the issue by now.

This is probably where they got 11.0.18 (now 11.0.19) from:

So why not install Chrome, it`s the best
