I'm sorta confused about the latest x64 build, mine is:
Build 7232.0.amd64fre.winmain.090610-1900

And someone said the latest was 7229? I have the x86 7227 but that's x86, I'm really confused...

as of today 7232 is the lastest leaked build that you can still publicly (within theory ;)) download

the latest TRUE build (aka not derived from a VHD) in ISO format is 7229. 7232 was compiled with the loaders from a prior build and some files from the 7232 VHD (Virtual Hard Disk Image). So you two are both right.

And what about 7232.0.090610-1900_x64fre_client_en-us_OEM_GRMCULXFREO_EN_DVD.iso ?
Is it a true ISO or just one made from 7232 VHD?

The one you mention is genuine with 7232 setup files . I'm using it and it runs like a horse.

afaik there is no real 7232 iso released. So... if its named like that it doesnt make it real. All isos from 7231 or higher are custom ones.

Great. I've already downloaded it at home, have seen build number 7232 in setup files, but couldn't believe if it's true or not.
Everybody says that the latest true x64 is 7229. Haven't they seen this or what?
(Maybe they have already installed 7232 with Solor's ISO (respect!), and didn't need another copy of this build, even if it's genuine. :) )

Do you think it is possible to tweak build numbers and signature in setup files?
I still don't know what to think about this build.

Build 7229 was the last ISO leaked for 64bit
All builds of 7232 originated as VHD.The build you have posted above was renamed and posted at minnova. It was originally created by vasill(torrents.ru) using VHD.I've downloaded the one you mentioned above and the one created by vasill. They are the same size on disk and the one at minnova was posted later the same day that vasill released his build.

I really doubt that. All the setup files are marked 7232. Also has another size and hash.

build numbers, yes, signatures no. So if iso files have both correct then they are real, however i didnt download iso so i dont know (im downloading now tho). I just didnt hear about 7232 MS iso leaking.

Yeah, that's why I am still confused.
No info about leak, but setup seems ok. Thanks Solor for checking.

Vasill's iso (x64 7232) from VHD is 3.3 GB.

The genuine (x64 7232) one is 2.9. So defenitely not the same thing.

Does someone have a rapidshare links for 7232.0.090610-1900_x64fre_client_en-us_OEM_GRMCULXFREO_EN_DVD.iso?

7232 x64 iso from VHD or not

guys, I might be wrong. Did some extra checking of

7232.0.090610-1900_x64fre_client_en-us_OEM_GRMCULXFREO_EN_DVD

and the bootsect.exe is from 7229.

I guess this means it came from the VHD after all.

I assume Solor has gotten to the same conclusion.
:( I was hoping it was genuine.
