Left-over menu? I don't know what to call it.

I cant seem to name this bug/glitch/error and if I can there is a ton of possible word combinations so I just took a picture.

see the box with Program in it, it happens when I right click one application then pick some functions, like I was updating my Online Armor by the task pane (the one with the triangle at bottom right hand)then that menu part suddenly became stuck. by right clicking and update

I think its not from an update cause I have not updated since 1 month ago. and thou I have a critical update now its just a WIndows Defender update definition 1.153.1042.0 which i will install later.

I know how to fix some PC problems but just encountered this one, it looks so easy to fix tried refreshing, bring the menu again, the only way for it to be gone is restarting and logging off.

OK its getting long and I know people hate reading long problems like this on the internet.

PS: since its a view related bug, I just guessed I posted here, and tried search and non related to this, and I dont know what name is this error

Does it stay there if you move your mouse over it?

Does it stay there if you refresh Google Chrome?

Does it stay there if you close Google Chrome?

Can you make this happen without Google Chrome open?
