Lenovo B560 display not showing fully

Hello, I have a lenovo B560 laptop. It is fairly new. The display is wacky. You cannot see the display and you can drag the mouse aaaaaaaaaalllllll the way down or to the left or right. It says I have the latese Generic PNP momitor nad the latest Intel Graphics. This happened before and I downloaded the monitor driver and it worked. I turned on the laptop a month or so later (it is a work laptop) and it is the same. I have done 2 full reinstalls and it installs the same way, with the display way off. All I see in the device manager is Gerneric pNp monitor and Thinkpad display 1400 something. I uninstalled both, restarted, reinstalled and it is the same. What is the problem and why can I not install NVIDIA drivers? Why is the set up I used before that worked, not work now. The one that fixed the issue a few months ago was IN2VDO39WW5.

I know it can be fixed, as it was before. The fact that a clean install doesn't work troubles me, please h

Yes, everything says it is the latest! This is the worst. I have no clue as to why, in the past, I updated the correct drivers monitor and video and it worked, then went back to this? I do have that driver installed. I also try to install NVIDIA and it says my system cannot find compatible drivers.

Also, when I hook it to an external monitor ( so I can see everything and use the mouse) it is just as it should be, on that screen. The laptop screen is still way off and I have done everything possible int he settigns.

Hi there ... Which Version of Windows are you using ... Can you please Post a screen shot of the Device Manager expanded so as i can see what errors you have ...

Sure, it is 7pro 64 bit. There are no errors in the device manager, only an unknown device. I belive SB or phone.

Yes, I have tried all from their website. I also download NVIDIA from their website as well. When I try intall NVDIA I get the "nvidia setup program could not locate any drivers compatible your computer" error

I am not sure how you can get your other Graphics Card to be recognized .. I suppose you have tried changing your Display Settings ...

Yes, I have. I have also done complete re-installs as well. Like I said, I was able to use an update for the monitor and video before and it was fixed instantly, now, the same thing doesn't work.

Nothing? Any time I try to install the NVDIA it says it cannot find compatible hardware.

This is the worst. It will work out of now where, then the drivers update and boom, back to not seeing the whole screen. Please, any info woudl be great. I have done about 4 clean installs. Here is sysinfo.

Ok. I uninstalled both, restarted twice and it is normal now. This is fristrating, I cannot give this to an employee with continuing to occur regularly. All scans show no issues. As of now the Display adapter is Itel HD graphics and the Monitor states Generic Pnp monitor. Please help
