Limited Access (WiFi Connection) after fresh install Windows 7

I am having trouble trying to get my wifi to work. All this happen right after i fresh install the os.
I never had this problem before until now. Usually, it would be working right after a clean install but i guess
my luck ran out. This happen ever since i bought myself a Macbook Pro Retina. Maybe my laptop is very jealous -.-

It is Toshiba Satellite T115D-S1120

I tried web searching, tried driver install but it didn't work.
Any help will be great.

Plug it in via ethernet cable to your router or modem, enable Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3) and watch for driver to be installed in bottom-right System Tray. If it does, run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates which should deliver your other drivers including wireless.

If not in Device Manager click on Network driver for wireless, on Driver tab have it Update Automatically.

If that fails import the Wireless driver from the Support Downloads webpage for your model PC using the Serial Number or model number, choosing Wifi or Wireless LAN and the bit version. Download the isntaller, unzip, rightclick on Setup to run, or browse into the driver folder from Device Manager>Network driver>Update driver>Browse.

UPDATE: Connection with Wired Ethernet is working. Now to update drivers that way and see whats up.
