Limited connectivity with every connection

I am usig Sony Vaio with windows 7 ultimate x64. internet was working perfectly but it just started showing limited conncetivity. i have tried connecting to a different netwrok and it gives the same error of limited conectivity. after trouble shooting the problem it say there might be problem with the driver for wireless connection adapter...what should i do?

check action center and troubleshoot this, may update driver and find a solution.
