Hello,
It's been a long time since i last posted, but luckily i fixed this problem for some time, so i thought it would be helpful to post the solution for other people that have this problem.
I've tried a lot of possible solutions but none of them worked for good until this one. Note that i haven't reinstalled my Windows 7 at all. Still the same as last year.
So:
Go to Local Area Connection>Properties>Configure>Advanced>Receive Side Scaling>Set to ''Disable''>OK
That's it.
