limited or no connectivity

hi experts
i have 17 computers network that suddenly all of them tell me "limited or no connectivity".
what can i do except of:
1. give manual ip addresses.
2. disable DHCP rauter's server.
3. anti virus, combofix, anti maleware.
4. check physical connecyions.

i dont think its firewall because nobody touch it & everything was ok few day's before.

Hi AMIRBSS,

I would start off with a Power Cycle including your Network Switches.

Are they not able to browse to the Internet but able to communicate each other in your network?
